Our lives can be metaphorically described as a canvas. Since our birth until now we apply colors and lines. Some lines are profound and evident, others are more refined and elegant. There are colors which have been faded throughout our lives, some which have been applied early on but are still vivid and bright.

Our oysters are carefully grown and selected by Dutch Family Dooghe from the Oesterij. They mastered the craft of getting the most out of the oyster and have been doing so since 1906.
As blank canvases the oysters leave the Oesterij to find their way into our atelier. This is a place where each oyster is carefully designed to find its own traits, vivid colors and elegant flavors.
